In the 1950s, the city created a large exhibition park with the size of two square kilometers. The building ensemble of Ibirapuera park designed by Oscar Niemeyer has become an important landmark for modern Brazilian architecture. The vast marquee connecting the buildings offers a recreational area to the city’s inhabitants.
This tour is a walking tour and does not require transportation, it is available in 4 hours duration. Meeting point at the park entrance 1 & 2.
